Maintenance Request
Submit all NON-EMERGENCY maintenance requests online through the Tenant Portal—include details and photos/videos for faster service.
EMERGENCY ONLY maintenance (fire, flooding, major leaks, loss of heat/AC in extreme weather, or safety issues), text/call (479)419-0088.

Instructions
To create a service request, please click on the Tenant Web Portal link below.
1. On the Resident Login screen, click “Sign Up” if you are a new user.
2. Enter your account number (available through the office)
3. Enter your email address
4. Enter the last 4 digits of your social security number (You must be a current lease holder)
5. Create a username and password that contains at lease 6 characters plus a number and click continue
